1. Who we are

INV - VISION Burke and Wills Joinery ("we", "us") operates the INV - VISION workshop management application. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our application. You can contact us at info@invvision.com.au.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture so we can identify your account.
• Google Calendar data: if you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access and store calendar events you explicitly link to your work, to keep your schedule in sync. Calendar access is optional and only used for this purpose.
• Work-related data: information you enter while using the app, such as tasks, timesheets, job details and notes.

3. How we use information

We use the information above only to operate the application: authenticating you, showing your work, synchronising calendar entries you connect, and managing your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Storage and sharing

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. We do not share personal information with third parties except the service providers that operate the application (such as Google, for sign-in and calendar synchronisation) and where required by law.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active. You may disconnect calendar access at any time through your Google account settings, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
